I Remember Project Commission and Exhibition

The I Remember Project exhibition opened on Election day, November 5th, 2024 at the Yellowstone Art Museum in Billings, Montana. A community collaborative project and my first commission celebrating the museum’s 60th anniversary. Throughout 2024 community members from Billings and surrounding areas donated photographic negatives and slides. These materials were used to create multiple public artwork(s) for the exhibition.

The work is up until January 12th, 2025. There will be an artist talk and panel discussion at the museum on December 14th at 11am.

Elizabeth Stone

Visual artist Elizabeth Stone's work explores perception and time by combining her study of photography and drawing with biology. The duality of art and science is a strong influence when considering her own place in the world and the marks that she makes.
