August–September Exhibition at Pictura Gallery in Bloomingston, Indiana

I participated in the Photolucida portfolio review in April. It was an educational and inspiring event. I saw some breathtaking images from talented artists, met insightful curators and gallerists and left with a brain full of ideas and information.

Mia Dalglish and Lisa Woodward of Pictura Gallery from Bloomington, Indiana reviewed my work and asked me a perceptive question, "if you could design your dream exhibit, what would it look like?". A few months later I was offered the opportunity to exhibit at Pictura in August and September with Nicole Campanello. I am delighted to say the least and will be showing 6 large pieces from my NEGATIVE/POSITIVE portfolio.

Elizabeth Stone

Visual artist Elizabeth Stone's work explores perception and time by combining her study of photography and drawing with biology. The duality of art and science is a strong influence when considering her own place in the world and the marks that she makes.
