Observed Fragments Exhibition at Bob’s Your Uncle Gallery, Missoula, Montana, September 4 - 24th, 2026.

Earlier this year I was invited to join three fiber artists, Heidi Marie Fessel, Cathryn Mallory and Jennifer Reifsnider for an exhibition, Observed Fragments, at a new contemporary art gallery, Bob’s Your Uncle in my home town Missoula, Montana. We met regularly for studio visits throughout the spring and summer. After installation when the works were on the walls and floor, we marveled at the synergy between the pieces. We each showed old and new work for the exhibition.

Elizabeth Stone

Visual artist Elizabeth Stone's work explores perception and time by combining her study of photography and drawing with biology. The duality of art and science is a strong influence when considering her own place in the world and the marks that she makes.
