Summer/Early Fall Photography Educator Articles on Lenscratch

For nearly two years, I’ve had the privilege of celebrating dedicated and creative photography educators each month on Lenscratch. Every time I receive their responses to my interview questions, I’m heartened by their generosity and commitment. These teachers go above and beyond for their students. Their student work that I feature is a strong testament to the passion with which these teachers teach.

I’m a bit behind on posting the articles, so here are the artists/educators who were featured this summer and early fall:

May: Natasha Lehner
June: Rachel Boillot
July: Jillian M. Browning
August: Lorena Molina
September: Hillary McCullough

Elizabeth Stone

Visual artist Elizabeth Stone's work explores perception and time by combining her study of photography and drawing with biology. The duality of art and science is a strong influence when considering her own place in the world and the marks that she makes.
